I was really happy with the character and the packaging, the only thing I wish it could have is hair. This deterred me from getting my niece one too, no hair to distinguish it is a girl. Eyelashes aren't enough. I wish the insert was the hard plastic like the regular ones and not cardboard

Great birthday present for my little league nephew. Was shipped & on its way in less than a week. Customer Service was super fast in their response (asked how long it would take to make) and they beat the time expected. Will order again--wishing for customized for high school kids!

This is for my Grandson's Birthday in 6weeks but the box with the figure--with his name, position etc is worth a lot. I will let you know if something way out of line when he opens it. He will love the figure box etc and I have nothing but confidence going on past dealings with OYO. This was such a great idea, a bonus is in order for whoever came up with it.

We did receive a personalized MLB minifigure for my son's birthday. He absolutely loves it! He proudly keeps it on his dresser & shows anyone & everyone that will look. It has amazing detail & we'll constructed. What a creative product. We will be giving these as gifts for friends b'days. I hope you eventually do NFL as well. Way to go!!!

This is really a 4.5 rating. We love the item but the elbows don't work as smoothly as my 5 year old grandson would like. Otherwise, we all agree that it is super cool.

The figure is really cool. I bought it for a 10 year old boy and he loved it. The turnaround time was really quick and I received within a few days. It is a little pricey but it's an original gift.

We LOVE our personalized figure. My son is a Cubs fan and baseball player. We have several OYO baseball sets, so it's fun to see his figure with his name and number on it right next to Bryant, Russo and Baez. Just who the Cubs need!
