- How can I add my name to your mailing list?

- How do I create an account?
- Simply click here and follow the steps to create an account: Once your account has been created a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you signed up with.
- How do I reset my password?
- If you have forgotten your password and know the email address you signed up with, please visit the login page and click the "Forgot Password" link.
- How can I manage my account?
- Simply click here to login to your account and you will be able to update your personal information and view your recent orders.
- How can I change my address?
- To change your billing or shipping address, click here to log in to “My Account.” Once logged in, click on the pencil icon to edit any of your information.
- Some of my items back ordered, when will they be available?
- Our product is made to order, so we do experience occasional backorders. If the item you order is on backorder we will have it within a week. It will ship as soon as possible after that.
- How do I track my product?
- If your order has been fulfilled but the tracking is not complete, then your order was most likely fulfilled after our scheduled pick up time. Your tracking information will become available within 24hrs. Orders shipping internationally will be delivered by the local post office and tracking will be not be available in some cases due to the local postal service systems.
- How can I cancel or modify an order that I have placed?
- To cancel an existing order, please contact Customer Service (Monday-Friday: 10am-3pm EST): 1-877-720-3291 for assistance. Please have your order information handy.
- How do I return my product? When do I get my refund?
- At OYO Sports, we believe our toys should exceed your highest expectations, and our service must live up to the quality of our toys. If for any reason you need to return your order, we will be happy to assist you. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please email Customer Service by clicking here. Returns of orders that do not include a Return Authorization Number may be subject to additional processing time and delay in crediting your account. Please have your order number available when contacting customer service. All refunds are made in the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping method that can be tracked and insured for your protection.
- Do you ship outside the US?
- We currently ship directly to addresses in the US and Canada. Our standard shipping charge to Canada is $12. We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to other areas, so please check back with us!
- When will you produce my favorite team/player?
- We are constantly adding new players to our rosters, Please check back on our site often to see if they/it has been added to our lineup.
